Springtime in Boise

Everyday when I walk to school I wish I had a camera. So today I only had one class and I was prepared with a camera. I wanted to spread some spring time with all of you. Enjoy!!

What I was doing ten years ago-
I was finishing up the 7th grade. Whoo hoo. Yeah for those awkward years of my life. I was still wearing the huge glasses to go with my Huge hair. If I had a picture I would show you all but it was before digital camera time..haha Living in American Falls, Idaho and loving time spent with my best friends, Megan Timm, Megan Rose, and Josie West. Little did I know I had only one more year there before I would move to Hagerman, which for me was a blessing in disguise.
What I was doing five years ago-
I was finishing up my freshman year at Utah State and planning my summer job in Ohio. I worked at Cedar Point Amusement park. That was a lot of fun and a real eye opener to the world. I came back to Logan after that and kept going to school and I got hired on at Sam's Club. It was one of my funnest jobs I have ever had. The people were awesome. Oh yeah and I was loving being single for the time(now I would never go back..haha)
What I was doing one year ago-
Settling into Idaho and our new apartment. What a challenge that was. I was working for Sam's club again but only part time and our finances were running a little low so I applied at Citi Cards and was hired. Thankfully Craig heard about the job and was persistent until I applied and realized it was right for me. Great Benefits and tuition reimbursement. How could I turn that down..It has been fantastic. Oh and yes one other thing I was being supportive of Craigs 50 miler training,running and biking with him to help prepare him for maybe the worst day of his life.

What I was doing yesterday-
I was able to sleep in because it was Saturday, made french toast for Craig and I. Then we caught up on The Office. Craig went to work and I went shopping, came home and went to work. I was able to get off work for a few hours so I could go to Janna's(Ben's Fiance's) Bridal Shower, and then went back to work.. Was really stressed yesterday so I had a cry fest haha and now I feel a lot better. Yesterday was a rough day.

I enjoy-
Reading, Running, spending time working in my yard, Love time with Craig(because it seems few and far between right now), my nursery kids, and life in general.

Five TV shows I love-
Lost, The Office, any thing on HGTV, and Iron Chef

Five things I hate-
When people ask obvious questions, when I ask obvious questions and Craig points it out, when my hair just doesn't work right, Strangely enough the sound of bells or chimes when it is dark outside(sometimes I am scared of the dark..don't tell), Not being able to spend time with family as much as I would like to.

Five biggest joys in my life-
Friends, family, my husband’s jokes and when he plays the guitar, When I accomplish something I thought impossible(like school and work both full-time at the same time, spiritual experiences or new information about the gospel - and so many other things.

Spring Break

I thought I would add some pictures from my spring break in Arizona. Craig was amazing and flew me there. It must have been hard for him because he sent me to hang out with his family while he stayed in Boise and worked. I guess he knows how much I love his family.

Starting over

I Seriously messed up my blog so everytime I changed the template it erased all of my friends and families blog addresses..so I started over. So frustrating..I just couldn't take it anymore

Sorry I have been MIA
So many things have happened since my last post. I turned 24 and got some really awesome presents from Craig. It was a day of trickery that is for sure. I thought I had guessed that Craig had gotten me a Wii and I was stoked. Well to my suprise. I woke up on my birthday and Craig suprised me with plane tickets to go to Arizona for our new niece Lily's baby blessing over spring break. I was a bit perplexed thinking how could I have guessed so wrong? I feel bad for Craig because he could tell by the look on my face that I was disappointed..which I wasn't I just was thinking wow he really fooled me.. Man he is good. I spent the rest of the day reassuring Craig that I loved the plane tickets. I went to work that day for a few hours and when I got home he had another gift for me. A Wii remote.. Ah Hah.. I was right as I was basking in my realization that I had guessed the correct gift. Craig looked at me with sad eyes and said " I only got you the remote because you were so sad earlier" Boy did that make me feel bad....and then he went into the other room and came out a few seconds later with the Wii. I felt like I had been tricked all day. Just when I thought I had guessed right I didn't but then I did.. Oh man It was a crazy day.

I will continue with the last two months events a little later..for now I need to go move my car so I don't get a ticket.. I park in Julia Davis park so I don't pay for a parking pass at BSU but the downside is I move my car every two hours. Yeah for forced exercise. Have a great day everyone
